VCPFA is now offering a new, personal-level healthcare advocate service through HUB Insurance Services. Our advocates will serve as your expert guides to assist with your Benefit Questions.

Open Enrollment for the 2024 plan year will occur November 1, 2023 through November 30, 2023.

Personal Enrollment Worksheets are a thing of the past. County Benefits will not be sending these this year. Please log-in to VCHRP to review your plan selections.
Don’t see your VCPFA DELTA Dental or VSP Vision Plan Listed?
Don’t worry, these plans are not under the Flexible Benefits Program, therefore, they are not listed on this form. CLICK: OE CURRENT VISION-DENTAL 2023 to confirm your enrollment into the VCPFA-sponsored Delta Dental and/or VSP Vision plans.

All updates to benefits, including opting out, adding an FSA (flex spending account) will need to be done through VCHRP during November 1-30. County will not be sending any confirmations by mail, nor will they accept any documentation by email. All changes need to be done in VCHRP.

Regarding County of Ventura Plans/Benefits…
If you have an FSA or are currently an opt-out:

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT

All current and new participants who wish to elect a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for Plan Year 2024 must make a new enrollment election.

OPT-OUTS
All employees who are currently enrolled or newly enrolling in the Medical Plan Opt-Out option need to certify their opt-out. Contact County Benefits if you need more info.

County of Ventura Sponsored Dental/Vision Plans
Changes to these plans are done on VCHRP.
