As mentioned, we would like your Benefits paperwork completed and submitted prior to the start of Academy. If you are electing VCPFA Medical, Dental, and/or Vision we will need the following forms:

If you are enrolling in County of Ventura sponsored Dental (Metlife) and or Vision (MES) plan and you need additional information regarding the plans, please refer to the County of Ventura Benefits website Benefits Plan Handbook, found here: https://hr.ventura.org/benefits.
