MDA Fill the Boot
Fill the Boot is held at various times throughout the year in Ventura County. VCPFA Members donate their off-duty time to raise funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

California Firefighters Memorial
April 16, 2002 Sacramento, CA A contingency of Local 1364 members joined with over two thousand fellow uniformed firefighters in Sacramento to unveil the new Memorial at Capitol Park. We gathered to honor the more than 850 California firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their fellow citizens. Among the names revealed included two of our fallen brothers, Captains Wayne Pulley and Terry Tyner.
